As the coach, your ability to both guide the change process and hold space for authentic peer connection is key. What makes for a truly transformative group experience versus one that feels forced? When do you lead and when do you get out of the way? How do you provide a nurturing, inclusive space, navigate group conflict, and create conditions for meaningful growth?
This class is designed to help student coaches and credentialed coaches learn to:
- Facilitate group processes that complement and amplify the coaching relationship,
- Foster ownership, self-agency, insight, and action among coaching members,
- Nurture a welcoming, inclusive learning environment, and
- Develop group connection and mutuality.
